Premium should mean specifics, not adjectives. These are the commitments behind every stay we take, each one something you can check us against.
You get a direct line to the person actually caring for your bird. A question, a worry, or a special request mid-stay reaches someone who has had hands on your bird that day, and you hear back from them — not from a receptionist reading a note.
Before anything is booked we sit down and go through your bird's personality, daily routine, diet, and health history. The personalised care plan is written from that conversation, because minimising stress depends on knowing the bird first.
For overnight and extended stays we send daily photo updates of your own bird, so whether you are at a cottage up north or a conference overseas you can actually see it settled. Extended stays also get brief written notes on appetite and activity.
We follow the dietary plan you provide down to the pellet brand and the treat schedule, and any medication is administered exactly as prescribed with records kept of every dose. Nothing is estimated and nothing is skipped quietly.
Each parrot stays in an enclosure sized properly for its species, with its own station, a familiar routine, and daily out-of-cage time for exercise. Large parrots are not squeezed into whatever was free.
Plain notes on what your bird ate, how active it was, and anything in its behaviour worth mentioning — handed over at pickup or sent day by day, so nothing goes unsaid.
